The best part of Ketch is their customer support throughout the implementation. The were extremely helpful in making sure every journey was set up correctly.
The product is easy to use and does not take much to get compliant and automated
does not support excel/XLS file uploads
We had turnover a couple of time in our customer service rep but Ketch really worked to make that as seamless as possible.
The only callout that I have had is the flexibility of the integrations and the number of integrations.
