A user-friendly interface, clear communication with the team, and a strong range of integration and automation options make the platform easy and efficient to work with.
Possibility of integrations with 3rd party services, dashboards, tips in the app and canned responses to the clients.
The product streamlines DSR intake through an integrated intake form with user verification and custom templates and workflows. We previously were receiving these requests through email, which was much more tedious. Mine offers automated workflows that cut down DSR handling and integrates into your SaaS tools and internal systems. We also use the MineOS platform for audit logs of all CCPA/GDPR requests for tracking purposes.
Customization can require a bit of extra time for features not yet available by default, and some automations are fixed, but flexibility continues to increase with each update.
Hard coded automations, customizations of the intake forms could take more time as expected.
Some parts of the UI make debugging difficult, like with the BigQuery integration and a lack of error message display.
