So far, I have had a very positive experience with MoEngage and especially with the representative. I feel very supported by her and she always makes time to answer any questions that I have about the platform and the data. There are some implementation questions that I have had and she is always able to point me in the right direction to find the answer if she does not know the answer herself. There are a few platform-level wishlist items that I have which include more insight into retention and post-campaign exposure behavior.

    MoEngage has been a game changer for my organization. The Client Success Partners are an incredible asset and truly take on the needs of the business as if it were their own. They have been flexible and willing to work with unique needs that our company has in terms of technology limitations and ongoing changes impacting our organization. While there are occasionally quirks in the system, our CSM is readily available to address any inquiries we have and escalate tickets to the proper teams for agile support. I have watched the program grow and change in the time we have been using, and each new integration and property has been innovative and exciting. MoE has been a welcome addition to our collection of vendors and their support has made creating dynamic comms strategies easier than ever before.
