I like that the MoEngage team is very willing to help us with changes to data and overall implementation to ensure that all users are able to see the different data points that they need. It seems like the ability to create a dashboard within the platform is very user-friendly, and the support has been outstanding (time to answer a ticket, answering messages in Slack or in weekly meetings etc).

Useful to get deep insights down to variation performances. 3. The ability to conduct A/B tests is particularly useful for continuous campaign optimisation. 4. Also want to add the ability to view user activity on user profile is very insightful, but limited because of the 30-day timeframe.

We've faced constant issues and bugs when trying a feature we haven't tried yet or in segmentation rules not working in flows that has flow-on effects negatively impacting our customers' experience. 2. Sometimes UI doesn't feel intuitive, so some tasks take longer than they should. 3. Support is hit or miss. Sometimes support team is great at communicating progress updates, investigation outcomes and fixes, and other times they don't do any of this. We've solved our own problems previously because the team weren't able to help. The level of support is inconsistent.

So far, I have had a very positive experience with MoEngage and especially with the representative. I feel very supported by her and she always makes time to answer any questions that I have about the platform and the data. There are some implementation questions that I have had and she is always able to point me in the right direction to find the answer if she does not know the answer herself. It's good when it works. Depth of segmentation is great, as is the ease of orchestrating multi-channel engagement. Though experience hasn't been seamless. Support team is responsive but delivers satisfactory solutions at times, requiring further prompting to resolve issues.
