Sometimes UI doesn't feel intuitive, so some tasks take longer than they should. 3. Support is hit or miss. Sometimes support team is great at communicating progress updates, investigation outcomes and fixes, and other times they don't do any of this. We've solved our own problems previously because the team weren't able to help. The level of support is inconsistent.
