The intuitive interface is truly exceptional and stands out above the rest of the market. It is easy to track progress and identify bottlenecks which has helped improve collaboration, reporting and transparency. The integration options are excellent and seamlessly work with our other tools like Slack and MS Teams which supports the different workflows of project teams and workstreams.

This tool is powerful, however it can feel overwhelming at first because of the settings and features/ There are some advanced tools that require higher tier plans, which can get expensive. It takes some time to customise workflows properly and occasional performance slowdowns can be frustrating.
