Overall I believe the UX layout is very good. We have managed to get non-technical people on the team to use the platform for easy to implement experiences. Features such as Recs and the reports for Recs have really helped increase conversion rates. However, we also create code-heavy experiences, I understand the need to make this platform as 'no-code' user friendly as possible, there needs to be improvements for software engineers too though.
