I appreciate the ease of finding the places I care about. There's not an excessive amount of text or navigation areas on the page, so there's a lot less guess work of what I need to click to get to certain places. There's an ample supply of rewards and gift cards to choose from, so you're not locked down to just a select few. It's easy and intuitive to tag people and recognize them, as well as see previous recognitions.
Great customer service and a wealth of resources to help us evolve our employee recognition approach. Set up was easy and I had support at each step of the way.
Recognizing team collaboration along with individual contribution has made this app really possible to be implemented in companies for a wider cause. It helps in tracking employees project milestones, work anniversaries & incentives for recognition appropriately. It is a great way to keep everyone positively involved since their acknowledgement is valued.
While I do appreciate the simplicity in the UI, I do think it looks a bit too bare and sad. It could use a bit of love with the design. I also don't know the specifics of the deployment since we recently started this service, but none of the images for employees seemed to transfer over successfully. Images for people's avatars show up as the broken image. You would hope those sorts of things would be ironed out since it makes for a less-desirable user experience seeing a bunch of broken images.
I have yet to find a feature that I dislike or that creates complexity. We are nearing a scale of our program and I have every confidence Nectar will still be the best solution for our needs, and will be a great source for information and support as we do so.
I do not think there is anything negative at this moment about the product. But when we have to give points to others, especially while transferring, I need to re-enter the credentials to the app yet again, it shows I do not have enough to give sometimes, despite the points existence.
