Robust Ease of use
What I like most about Oracle Eloqua is its ability to support complex enterprise level marketing automation with precise targeting, scalable workflows, and strong data control.
It is very complex compared to other automation / CRM tools I've tried. It can feel a bit clunky and it really takes a while to get the hang of it. Even simple tasks such as adjusting forms can take ages if you don't use Eloqua frequently, and every time I used it I felt like I was essentially relearning the product.

In my opinion Its steep learning curve, the biggest drawback of this product. Eloqua is extremely powerful, but its new users require significant training to use it effectively. Also the user feels dated which as some newer marketing automation tools, which can slow down everyday tasks.
