What I like most is how easy it is to use and how interactive it feels. I also really value the ability to recognize your teamates, set and track goals, and have everything clearly outlined in your profile, such as gross salary, taxes, pay breakdown, benefits and more. Overall, I find it to be a very complete platform.
Effectively process payroll correctly.
The product is very user friendly. As someone who is a trainer on the team of the company I work for, it allows me to train with this product easily and not be confusing to someone who has never used it before. I love how it is easy to configure the product to the way that the company needs it and allows us to fully customize its use.
Its a bit difficult for me to access the platform when logging in. I feel there should be an easier way to sign in through Google or Microsoft I would like the e-learning courses to be provided by other companies and to offer certificates. I see there is a wide variety of courses, so I want to point out that I still need to explore that section more. Honestly, I cant think of a third point since the platform is very complete, intuitive, and easy to use.
different modules don't always synch, reporting is complicated, lack of ability to customize for our business needs in certain areas of Performance/Compensation.
There are some features that the product offers or does not offer that do not benefit our field, but that will be the truth for most products and most companies. But we are a diverse and complicated industry and I don't expect every product to be perfect for our use and we work with the product to find a resolution.
