The peoplebox technology makes it easy for team members to relate to the companys goals and see how their efforts are contributing to achieving those goals. I find it efficient that all the performance tools are in one place, reducing dependency to other tools. The built-in modules for 1:1s collect valuable data that help us make informed decisions. The integration with Slack and ADP helps with data synchronization from backend without leaving current visual worspace.
Like the platform simplicity, it saves time and makes performance discussions more meaningful.
The matching and screening are fantastic features that really make a difference. The dashboard is intuitive to use, the AI doesn't feel intrusive. We can load in the skills/experience we need and quickly sort candidates using these metrics.
When many goals are active, switching between modules or updating multiple items can be cumbersome. Not enough shortcuts to workflow. Advanced reporting is limited. It would be great to combine OKRs and performance metrics dynamically. Mobile access is still evolving for enterprise-level use. It could be better.
I faced issues with limited mobile usability.
We have not found a negative with Peoplebox.
