It's a great ATS tool and can track a lot of things to create an amazing candidate experience. It is very easy to use and easy to navigate, and is also designed to provide a top-notch candidate experience. It is a great platform for recruitment marketing as it gives us the option to easily post to various job boards. It allows you to move smoothly through the interview stages with implementations of scorecards, feedback reviews, and interview toolkits. Through internal job postings, employees can give referrals and track the stage of their referred candidates. The benefits are that we can trace the entire experience from initial evaluation to offer/onboarding and where we can see drop off and improvement.
