Easy to reach out to support and system feels very modern compared to many other larger and more popular HRIS systems. Implementation was rather smooth and implementation team was very skilled at what they do

Like

I like a lot of things, but I like the Talent suite (Talent Overview, Recruiting, Headcount Planning, Review Cycles, Learning Management, and Surveys). It consolidates critical people-related processes into a single ecosystem, providing better visibility and enabling more data-driven decision making.

Dislike

Pricing Structure: The modular pricing is often described as complex and lacking transparency, making it hard to predict the total cost without committing to a sales consultation. Customer support: While quick for simple questions, the response time can be inconsistent for complex, multi-module issues requiring specialist escalation, especially for international users. Initial Setup: Due to the system's deep functionality across HR, IT, and Finance, the initial implementation and customization can be heavy and time-consuming for smaller or lean administrative teams.

Dislike

First off it really felt a bit like working in a startup, everything was rushed into the system. At times, speed was favored over accuracy. Sometimes the support representatives we got felt a bit overwhelmed and turnover was a bit frequent requiring us to build rapport with support agents all over again. Also, costs were hard to determine when getting quotes due to the customizability of the system and how those customizations impact the price of the quote.

Dislike

One area that could be improved is the Org Chart functionality. While it provides a useful high-level view, it still feels somewhat limited in terms of flexibility and depth. Enhancements around customization, real-time updates, and more dynamic visualization (especially for complex or global organizational structures) would significantly increase its value.

    My experience with Rippling has been positive. I think the platform stands out for its intuitive design and good modular organization, allowing seamless navigation across different functionalities. I think it is very centralized: I can have the full overview of team member life into the company. It's easy, I can see performance reviews, absences, PTO, old evaluations, etc. It feels less like a tool and more like an integrated operating system for people and processes.

What has worked well: Easy leave application: Applying for leaves is simple and quick-just a few clicks and its submitted Clear leave balance: I can easily see my available leave balance, pending requests, and leave history in one place WFH requests: Requesting work-from-home is seemless and gets approved quickly Approval visibility: I can track the status of my requests and see when they are approved or pending

    My experience with rippling has been incredibly positive, it has made payroll super easy to find and also benefits are one tab away. I can manage everything simply through the app and the website is just as easy to use. There has not been one better software to use!

    Rippling has been one of the more pleasant surprises in our vendor stack. We're a small consulting firm (sub 15 FTEs) running a PEO setup, and it handles payroll, benefits, and device management in one place without making me feel like I need a certification to use it. Onboarding new hires is fast. Benefits enrollment is clean. The fact that it connects to our other systems without a lot of manual intervention is genuinely valuable.
