What is Rippling?

Rippling is a workforce management platform that enables businesses to manage their global HR, IT, and Finance work-from payroll and benefits to expense and device management-in one place. Rippling's platform is built on top of a system of record for employee data so businesses can automatically onboard, transition, or offboard global or domestic team members while ensuring all compensation, benefits, payroll, and permissions are up to date. Rippling allows admins to run payroll with one click, and pay employees or contractors around the world in their local currency. Rippling also enables companies to manage their employees' offer letters, I-9s, health insurance, time off, and more-in one unified platform that automatically updates when employees get promoted or change departments.

I have had a really easy and intuitive experience with Rippling. Rippling made it so simple to handle everything in one location from the moment I started working for my company: Payroll, benefits, documents, time off, you name it. The UI is clean and intuitive. It feels very human, which is something I truly value. Small gestures like reminding Managers of their team's birthdays and work anniversaries bring a personal touch to the workplace that is sometime lost in remote or hybrid settings. Additionally, I appreciate how simple it is to keep track of tasks that are assigned during HR procedures like onboarding.

The service is excellent - at least in the US, with the full PEO. The payroll service without the PEO is a huge hassle, and you have to find the correct tax rates for everything - it is nothing like managed for you. Overseas, there are a lot of glitches with India. Also, I would describe the pricing as having your feet nibbled off by rats. Everything costs, yes, itt can do that, for $X a month per employee per feature. So we don't get the maximum out of the product, because we don't havea n unlimited budget.

Org Chart: The Org Chart is surprisingly helpful; when I am working across functional boundaries, I use it to understand the reporting lines or identify individuals to whom I should reach out to. My Profile view: One page view which gives all the details like salary details, salary revision history, personal information, etc., MFA Support: Another thing I genuinely value is the multi-factor authentication support. it gives me peace of mind knowing that my personal information, payroll data and HR documents are all protected with an added layer of security.

Integrations - Seamless connection with NetSuite, Slack, and other tools we rely on makes workflows smoother and reduces manual work. Scalability - Rippling grows with the company and adapts easily as our needs change Ease of Use - The platform is user friendly with inituitive dashboards and reporting tools that make it easy for both HR and accounting to access what we need quickly.

1. Limited Flexibility in sending surveys: As a manager, if I want to gather feedback from a specific group, I have to reach out to HR to create a special group first, which takes extra time. 2. App Navigation between Employee and Admin Views: Sometimes it is unclear which account I should be using for a particular task. A good example is approving time off requests; I had to switch to an employee account to find the app to perform the action. Just one view with extra privileges can reduce this confusion. 3. Missing the Simplicity of the Old Navigation: Personally, I prefer the old layout which was simple and straight forward.

    I've had an excellent experience with rippling. The platform is very user-friendly and makes managing HR and payroll much simpler compared to other tools I've used.     I use rippling daily to manage my leaves, WFH requests, and tracking my leave balance.Overall,its straight forward and easy-to-use platform for attendance management. What has worked well: Easy leave application: Applying for leaves is simple and quick-just a few clicks and its submitted Clear leave balance: I can easily see my available leave balance, pending requests, and leave history in one place WFH requests: Requesting work-from-home is seemless and gets approved quickly Approval visibility: I can track the status of my requests and see when they are approved or pending

    My experience with rippling has been incredibly positive, it has made payroll super easy to find and also benefits are one tab away. I can manage everything simply through the app and the website is just as easy to use. There has not been one better software to use!
