As a mid-sized company requests are not always followed-up in a way it gives us the most benefits. Availability is good and SAP is having good formats like the community exchange. But especially for eCommerce @ SAP it is visible that this is not their top tier product and we are not a top tier customer. Especially in the area of industry standards and best practices, as well as understanding our situation and changing it for the better SAP is too little engaged.

SAP Commerce is not fully integrated with SAP internal solutions like S4 and CPQ. Needed storefront migration is way too costly. Best practices sharing is not really there. Something like the well-architected framework that other vendors are having would be nice.
