Deterministic E2E data setup. A pipeline step seeds Accounts -> Opportunities -> Quotes, applies discounts, triggers approval and asserts stage transitions via API. Our "green path" went from ~40-50 min and flaky to ~18-22 min and repeatable. Shift-left validation of sales rules. I can codify discount caps, territory assignments and visibility rules in tests that run per PR. Bad config is caught before it lands in a sales rep's hands. Less UI brittleness, more signal. Because fields and layouts are modeled centrally, my selectors change less often. Failures now point to logic/regression issues rather than "element not found" noise.

Often a danger of focusing on technical implementation over human enablement: deviations from predetermined process flows require third-party support and/or workarounds which can prevent future development. UI delivery is rarely optimised for quick understanding and efficient working; even 'modern' UI designs require the user to parse a lot of similar-looking visual content which cannot be modified. Solutions are often not suitable for users with accessibility needs.

    The experience has been in general very good, but could be improved, especially in terms of adapting to feedback. Far too often, the company doesn't engage with the customer community, but instead tries to influence customer expectations rather than the product. 'Topics like "Keep your core clean" don't resonate well, and many open topics and issues remain unsolved for a very long time, and the company works on topics that seem difficult to understand why this has priority.
