The Smarsh Professional archive is great and definitely one of the best in the industry! It's simple for the users that need to review electronic communication. Reviewing is the favorite function of individuals, and the way the data is presented and workflow makes review much easier. The integrations for different sources are typically easy to enable. The native capture makes review easy. The operations and IT areas need help and improvement including changes to their model. The Customer Success Managers are frequently unhelpful and are constantly being changed. The operations and IT areas appear to be very separate and do not work together. Technical changes have been made, which are not communicated to the operations first line support where incorrect answers can be given. The IT area appears to not make many changes or improvements to the platform. When those changes are done, many appear to not be fully tested and some defects and bugs have been found by us, the consumer.

There are many integration options! These are easily configurable within the Professional platform. Smarsh maintains the configurations so that you are inline with the industry.

Nothing to dislike - minor challenges throughout integration & migration but those are standard between source and target systems.

There are many integration options with different communication sources that make sure the communication is captured and archived. Generally the supervision piece is missed. Some of these communication options are architected in a way that makes sure the supervision policies run on the content. Companies have to make changes to processes in order for supervision to apply.
