The implementation project started at the end of 2017 and the go live was at the beginning of 2018. All activities has been in time. We moved out from Cornerstone on demand. The new platform immediately received a very good estimation from users because of simply interface, quick response and clear approach to the processes. We integrated Talentia HCM with our italian payroll provider (it covers about 60% of total population) and we created an automatic compensation data flow on monthly base. It was a great step forward to keep the database continuosly updated. In 2018 we launched Goals Assignment task and Performance appraisal review successfully. Afterwards we implemented the processes of annual Bonus assignment and payout successfully. Thanks to these projects, the managers now have the whole compensation data available without effort from HR Dept. We are working on the next project "Payreview" that, collecting the compensation and performance historical data, allows the managers to arrange the final decision in the best way for all employees. Furthermore in 2019 it has been released the Performance task for Blue collars in the italian plants. The platform response to any request has been fast and consistent. The system is powerful to manage customizations because it is flexible, simply and clear. Last but not least I have to say that the service support made a tremendous difference with the previous provider (Cornerstone). They are always available with clever solutions.

I like the capability to listen to the customer needs then come back with good and pragmatic solutions.
UX experience and Org. Charter
The ability to configure and simplify. The product has a lot of options, we need less, so the ability to hide fields sections to make it easy for our users (staff and Managers) to find what they need is very useful. The Professional Services help is excellent. Both of our Technical Consultants have been helpful. It reliability is also a strong positive.
In my opinion they need to power up the reporting tool for managers. It should be available in the new Core HR module, but at the moment we have not yet implemented.
Consultant Support and Capabilities
The basic set up is not quite how I structure HR. So we have to customise some areas that I think should be configurable. Some of these are now being addressed. Some of the set up in the back end is a bit less intuitive than I would like. This means that you need dedicated HR resource to manage the system and good documentation in case you lose that member of staff. We would like Sandbox to mirror production.

Good product, requires customisation and work to work well.

Difficult implementation and improvement needs
Experiencing the implementation with Talentia was poor and had many improvements, namely: Lack of tool robustness, parameterization, seniority of the team - some examples regarding the implementation of the performance evaluation module: Several processes with bad parameterization, which caused errors in the submission of forms; The calibration process had systematic errors. Reliable and customer oriented
The System is stable (i.e. no system down or crash); Easy access to the Platform; Userfriendly interface; wide variety of functionalities; Good response from support (Help-desk); Easy configuration according to customer needs but sometimes it is required to open a customization request (that costs money) to realize quite simple changes; For Advanced user, technical documentation sometimes incomplete and not useful to solve specific technical problems;
