The integration between UKG Ready and UKG Pro allows us to quickly enable our employee's timekeeping profiles including holiday schedules, accrual profiles, work schedules, etc. Employees can begin accessing UKG Ready almost immediately after setup.
Range of Capabilities Integration Customizability
-configurability - adaptability -free improvements to the tool in releases (onboarding, preboarding)
One feature that we think could perform better is the fact that UKG Ready isn't available from the UKG Pro Mobile App. To use the mobile app, users must download both the UKG Pro and UKG Ready Mobile Apps but only ever login to the UKG Pro app. This is a cumbersome experience for the employees.
Support Not intuitive Inconsistent or confusing language/labels/fields
Some aspects of it are so clunky in the user experience, particularly checklists. We have to give a lot of support to our employees for things as simple as direct deposit changes. A direct deposit change wizard would be incredible!!

Great organization, robust functionality, not perfect but overall great solution!
We chose UKG for a few primary reasons, first their culture aligned with ours which we continue to experience every time we work with Kronos. Second, the functionality of the system met our unique needs as a employer in the non-profit services sector. Third, the way their customer support is structured. We have a pod of individuals who typically are assigned our tickets. We have had an opportunity to build relationships with these individuals and them to learn our business and intricacies of our system set up. We also appreciate that UKG is always seeking out feedback from customers and improving the software.
