What I like most is how easy it is to create, organise and update content. The best part of USU is its powerful search and well structured content organisation. I appreciate the reliability of the platform and the responsive support team.
That I am able to customize it in a certain way.

What I dislike most is the initial learning curve for new creators.
It is very slow and old fashioned. Overall it's not state of the art and I miss up to date features and functions. We are a multi-language company with different markets. It's not possible to share the same information quickly across all countries without a lot of time and effort.

Helpful Tool, but Outdated Design and Complexity Challenge Effective Use of its Features
USU is a useful tool, I do however find it not that user friendly and also not very intuitive, a lot of functions you simply have to know or read about, otherwise you will not know or understand them (especially when creating knowledge entries). The design itself also is a little outdated and not that modern, which makes the overall experience not above average for me.
