What I like most is how easy it is to create, organise and update content. The best part of USU is its powerful search and well structured content organisation. I appreciate the reliability of the platform and the responsive support team.

What I dislike most is the initial learning curve for new creators.
It is very slow and old fashioned. Overall it's not state of the art and I miss up to date features and functions. We are a multi-language company with different markets. It's not possible to share the same information quickly across all countries without a lot of time and effort.
I think the product is great for knowledge management - I wish the workflows were a bit easier to navigate and that there was a bigger presence for US support
