We currently rely on Conluence as our primary documentation platform company-wide and as the main workspace for exchanging knowledge across different teams and departments. Personally, as a CRM admin, I make great use of Conluence by establishing it as the "go-to-place" for documenting anything related to CRM and sales processes, which comes in handy not only for the smooth onboarding of new joiners but also for providing quick and consistent user support there after. While I can certainly see some room for improvement, I would say it's the best documentation tool I have used so far.Read all insights and reviews for Atlassian Confluence

The initial learning curve was pretty tough as our team's admins needed to understand the granular permissions settings fairly quickly. It took us quite some time to simplify Guru's concept and structure for the rest of the team, but everyone did gradually become more comfortable with Guru the more frequently they used it. I am glad that the Guru team did provide us with quite a comprehensive tutorial package and the option to video call them.Read all insights and reviews for Guru

Notion is such a simple yet brilliant tool to organize knowledge. I use Notion as a knowledge sharing tool in the organization I work for, a task tracker to keep my to-do lists up to date, to share project status updates, create databases for recruitment tracking, create 'how-tos' on how to handle system updates with step by step screenshots/details and for almost anything that requires documentation. Whenever I need an answer to something I want to look up, the AI search helps me find what I need so quickly and it shares the referencing the documents so I can click on them and read them up for even more context. Our company policies, company related information and department level knowledge is all on Notion which helps us keep everything in one centralized database with an AI search that helps us get the answers we need quickly and easily. As a new hire, it was so easy for me to find the answers to a lot of the questions I had with the documentation on Notion. This helped me fast track my learning within the first few weeks and identify gaps within the knowledge base so I could help update it for the team.Read all insights and reviews for Notion

Document360 acts as the specialized knowledge base for my organization. It helps in bridging the gap between technical documentation and customer self service. For me, as a user, it has helped me learn and gain expertise on our product portfolio through an easy to use interface. It has helped me find answers to questions that I may have regarding our capabilities swiftly. Overall, I believe it is a high-performance choice for SaaS companies that prioritize a clean, searchable, and professional support portal for both internal employees and c=its customers.Read all insights and reviews for Document360

I've been using Stonly for the past two years to build and manage interactive training modules for our travel agents, and it has truly transformed the way we deliver onboarding and education. What stands out the most is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, both for me when creating content and for the agents who go through the training. Stonly allows us to guide users step by step, which is incredibly effective for helping agents understand processes, systems, and product information at their own pace. The modular format makes it easy to update content quickly, which is essential in the travel industry where things can change fast. We've received consistently positive feedback from the agents, many of whom mention that they feel more confident and better supported thanks to the clarity and structure of the trainings. Internally it has helped us scale our activation process without sacrificing quality. The support team is also excellent, always responsive, helpful, and open to feedback. Overall, it's been a reliable and impactful tool that has become a core part of out training strategy. Highly recommended!!Read all insights and reviews for Stonly

We have recently implemented ClickUp in my organization as our dedicated project management tool. Since we aim to keep costs low, we started off with their "Unlimited" plan which can support a few small teams internally (we use it for our go-to-market teams) but it also comes with certain limitations related to some advanced features. As for what concerns standard task management functionality and interactive collaboration, though, I have to admit it is one of the most versatile and effective tools I have used so far!Read all insights and reviews for ClickUp
