Has made scheduling my staff so much simpler. It is nice that there is a chat feature, and that the staff can work shift swaps amongst themselves. The app is also incredibly easy to use and navigate. App could also integrate with ADP, our current payroll system, if we wanted it to.

We are always so short-staffed we do not have ample time to use systems that require further and invasive training. When I Work is also 100% remote so you can time track and communicate with everyone at any place or any time. When I Work also works great on any mobile device.

Being a phone based app that runs in the background, it can drain a cell phone battery quickly, basic plans are pretty basic and lack the in-depth reporting. Support can be hard to reach, but haven't had to try and reach out more than once as it is pretty user friendly.
