Ease of use and automation. It is such a time saver.

Integrates with ATS and HRIS to pull information. Easy global checks for our global employees. Can customize packages and includes a social media option that others do not have.

You have to reach out to customer support if you want to request additional references from a candidate. You cannot do this yourself.

There is no option for 3rd party verification causing delays and confusion to candidate, Zinc support who is based in the UK, and HR team in the US. The product only has support hours in the UK time zone and cannot call US phone numbers for supporting with employment verification. Their chat feature has the worse AI capabilities I've seen to date with a customer support response time averaging 2 weeks.
