Act-On Marketing Automation Platform Likes & Dislikes
Ease of use, easy integrations and most importantly the analytics and analytical reports.
Our initial trainer has been a good resource since implementation, trying to come up with solutions as we hit issues.
Email composer has been recently upgraded to a drag-and-drop format.
The automations aren't as great. Higher tiers work out very expensive. Some parts of the UI were slightly confusing.
The ability to bring everything into one dashboard for high-level reporting for my Director of Integrated Marketing to provide me and for me to provide to the C-Suite and Advisory Board (different types of reporting) is cumbersome and requires too much manual work to get the right information at the right time quickly.
Form builder is a bit outdated and clunky.

System Robustness and Integration Challenges Affect Workflow and Reporting Efficiency
The robustness of the system in reality does not match the robustness portrayed in the evaluation and selection phase. Pieces that should integrate easily (like Oktopost) do not. As issues with AI and the impact they've had on metrics like open rates pop up, acknowledgement and resolution of issues is slow. Doesn't seem like equipped from product development standpoint to keep pace.
