I like how I can run multi variate test which let me see that which content and the layout will work fine also I can personalize the experience on the bases of user which enhance the performance.

Audience building is flexible and easy to use

I like how I can create a personalised experience for the user on the website and I can improve the performance by using A/B testing feature. It can connect to multiple tools from the Adobe ecosystem.

The support take much time to response which I really dislike also some time it start getting lag if I run multiple campaigns or test at once.

VEC doesn't provide consistent results. Low ability to organize activities in a folder structure. Goal metrics are separated in reporting.

The overall interface is a bit complex and overloaded for beginners, also the processing and loading of the data is a bit slow.
