Good integration with Microsoft oriented services. Automated personalization with ML driven content for in-house things. Reminder for the upcoming password expiry, so everything is up to date.

I like how I can run multi variate test which let me see that which content and the layout will work fine also I can personalize the experience on the bases of user which enhance the performance.
Licensing can be an issue, as you will need licenses for other Adobe softwares. Debugging can be challenging in some cases. A better demo would also be useful.
VEC doesn't provide consistent results. Low ability to organize activities in a folder structure. Goal metrics are separated in reporting.
The support take much time to response which I really dislike also some time it start getting lag if I run multiple campaigns or test at once.
