This made the purchasing decision very straightforward. In production, the platform has been stable, scalable and effective. My company underwent an extensive PoV process and although it was close between Concentric and another vendor in this space, we ultimately selected Concentric since they had a couple key capabilities we needed to meet our requirements and use cases. The sales/sales engineering team was outstanding and their customer success offering is at a negligible cost versus the competition.
