Easy to understand interface
CleverTap has friendly UI, Functionality, Analytics, and event tracker.
We can create marketing workflows and automations that help us to reach out to the user cost effectively and via the channel by which they are most likely to respond. Many integrations available, we have already integrated our existing WhatsApp solution provided which is again very helpful.
Merging bugs, Customer care support
We have partnered for 3-4 years, however after our CX Support resigned, we aren't satisfied with their new CX Support and ask for replacement, however they can't do that, so we decided to not renew the contract.
Learning curve is definitely there and there is also an onboarding period which I would say isn't the smallest. But the team is really good and helps in onboarding as soon as they can.
