Learning curve is definitely there and there is also an onboarding period which I would say isn't the smallest. But the team is really good and helps in onboarding as soon as they can.

We have partnered for 3-4 years, however after our CX Support resigned, we aren't satisfied with their new CX Support and ask for replacement, however they can't do that, so we decided to not renew the contract.

Main issues which I faced as a user: 1) I found it very hard in the start when learning how to use it, as no one have build tutorial social social plateform and over clevertap university it,s not explained in a good manner 2) Reports take time to update as compared to other players in market 3) Pricing I believe can also be a little better for a small businesses
