I also appreciate the strong leadership engagement, especially from the rep and her leaders, who are always accessible and solution oriented.
Internal organisational structure can sometimes cause lack of alignment, but this has recently been addressed and new governance model implemented. Could be stronger on identifying areas of improvement specific to our organisation. Cognizant can be reluctant to call out issues/concerns caused by our organisation.

At times, communication across time zones and handoffs between teams can be inconsistent, leading to delays or duplicated efforts.
