The low code/no code capabilities make it easy to build and adjust campaigns, customer journeys and business processes without constant development work or the need to learn complex code. So these campaigns can evolve alongside our business. The dashboards are incredible!
The level of support that we have from our designated CSM and the ability to smoothly integrate our wordpress website with Creatio allowing us to keep it simple and maintain just one system rather than multiple.
What I like most about Creatio Marketing is the customizations available to users.
One area for improvement is marketing email licensing flexibility. Licenses are purchased in fixed buckets and locked in for the duration of the contract term. This means usage needs to be carefully managed throughout the year. Teams have to closely monitor usage to avoid running out of licenses before the end of the period so it's rather stressful. More flexible and usage-based licensing options would make it easier if we wanted to scale our marketing email efforts throughout the year.
Our initial transition to the system had a rocky start as we were not assigned a strong CSM who had provided very little guidance in setting up the system (shortly after were re-assigned to a wonderful CSM and our system wouldn't be where it is today without him!). Also, the broad range of flexibility within the system is a bit of double-edged sword. On one hand it is amazing to have the ability build and create a system that works exactly for our business although this can be troublesome if you do not have the time to spend on building it out properly or are lacking strong support. Please note that we have also paid for additional support.
Before the Freedom UI upgrade, even simple tasks required many steps to complete. Since the upgrade, Creatio Marketing has become more intuitive and user-friendly. The response time can be slow when I need help, but the assistance is always accurate.
