Organized and efficient.
The customer service team is really supportive and diligent. The product has huge potential, due to the database DnB has gathered over years. RevUp ABX is a very solid tool which gives you net new accounts and contacts - a great addition to audience building.
1. It can feel complex at first, and has a learning curve. 2. The UI isn't always very intuitive. 3. Onboarding is a bit of a process and could be clearer.
Lacking full integrations
There's a lot of room for improvement in the UI/UX of the platform. At times, there's way too much information which may not necessarily be important for user, and can get overwhelming to make sense and get insights. Integrations with CRMs, as channels, and other social channels can be smoother. Lastly, tools can be better integrated with each other - in the version I use, datavision is not in sync with hoovers and CDP.

Conceptually it's great. The integration with your CRM works most of the time. However, you're not going to get 'insights' ahead of the time when you would need them.
