The best thing is that everything is connected in one platform email marketing, landing pages, forms, workflows, and CRM all work together seamlessly. I really appreciate the Lead Scoring feature which helps us focus on the best prospects, and the Journey Builder which makes it easy to create personalized customer journeys. The dashboard also give us clear, actionable insights into campaign performance.
It's all-in-one, easy to use platform that brings email marketing, automation, CRM, analytics and campaign management together in one place. The clean interface, powerful automation workflows and detailed reporting make it easy to track performance, nurture leads and make data-driven decisions.
What i love most is that it's a total all-rounder that makes sense. You don't need a technical degree to use it: I can set up a campaign or automation in minutes without ever asking IT or help. Having the CRM and marketing tools in one place feels like home.
The pricing becomes quite expensive as we add more contacts and unlock advanced features. Some of the more complex workflows also require a lot of time to set up and fine-tune.
Some of the more advanced features and customization options are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can make it expensive as needs grow. Also certain workflows and reports have a learning curve and complex setups that may require extra time and support to configure properly.
The biggest headache is definitely the success tax. As soon as your business starts growing and your contact list increases, the bill jumps up like crazy- it feels like you are being penalized for doing well. Also, moving from the basic to the professional version is a massive price hike, and you often find yourself forced to pay for a huge bundle just to get one single feature you actually need.
