We use Meltwater on a daily basis within the marketing department. It's a great tool and helps use gauze our media exposure. Before Meltwater, we would use Google Alerts to track any mentions which, in a way, helped us, but often we would miss on what is relevant and what is not. There are some features we do wish were available, but they would be for simple convenience sake. I LOVE Meltwater! I can't stress enough how much this company & it's account managers truly have your company's best interests at heart. They try very hard to make sure the platform works for you, and if you ever have a question/doubts - they immediately address and try to turn the relationship back towards the positive.
