1. Einstein helps analyze the data in depth, making it easier to understand customer behavior and optimize campaigns. 2. SFMC can be integrated with other digital marketing platforms which helps me to have a holistic view not only of the digital marketing activities but also of the overall customer behavior. 3. When sending edms, I can organize the creation and targeting of emails based on user behavior, which improves relevance and engagement.

It is hard to find anything that makes sense in it. After trying other products there is not a single feature that has any cost benefit.

Capture the data in a analysis-ready format for deals that are in pipeline, closed, MQL stages. Basically gives an idea across the entire product funnel.

1. It is difficult to create and manage journe in Journey builder 2. When data extensions are created using SQL, I need to build all the SQL queries myself, as there is no built-in support or assistance for creating SQL. 3. The price is also relatively when adding other functions such as AI agentforce.
