1) Flexibilty: while creating emails it gives full flexibility to create emails according to our requirements, also for segmentation the process of creating segmentation model is userfriendly 2) Segmention Block: Creating a building block for all the segments we use regularly is very handy as I can create building blicks by region, language etc and do not have to select each one while creating the segmentation list 3)Campaign Approvals. it is really helpful to ensure that we are following all the right steps while creating the campaign

If organization is already intact with other product of SAP, It structural integration with other SAP product provides more streamline data flow and collaboration with other departs or other organization. 3. Advance analytic tools inbuild in this software enable users to analyze their campaign and comment on the results. It help user to take data driven decisions.
Read Full ReviewWe do not have the flexibility to create a landing page, while creating a large segmentation model it takes a lot of time to load the count of the list and and it allows us to edit the approved email which basically should not be happening once the email is approved.

Read Full Review1. If your customer is not inbuilt with SAP ecosystem, this software would not be the great choice. It is least compatible and flexible with other Marketing platform present in the market. 2.SAP Marketing Cloud provide zero compatibility to social media management feature. Organization often relies on some third-party social media marketing product to meet their need. 3. Any great deal comes with the big cost and SAP being widely accepted product. It is nearly next to impossible for the small business or startups to purchase license of this software.
