I do like that the product is evolving each year and being a leader in the AI and automation world with leading technology. The way that they have launched Bryte AI and even the way it's easier to connect via APIs with vendors to make the lift on the implementation side easier on the client side. The support from our UKG Krew Manager has been great, they're a great partner to have.
I enjoy the straightforward and intuitive architecture for the security setup and management. The security configuration page closely mirrors how the actual system is setup. This facilitates quickly diagnosing security issues and accurately configuring security preferences.
The ease of implementation, ease of use (including training new people) and ultimately the cost savings we have found year over year has been the best part. Putting an electronic version of our old paper forms, removing filing into paper personnel files and accessing stored documents has improved our processes tenfold.
Service: For more technical questions, the assistance I receive is often less helpful, and interactions can feel limited to email without proactive outreach or live discussion to move a case forward. I'd value reps who take ownership, connect directly to clarify requirements, and offer next-step guidance even when they don't have an immediate answer. With continued focus on proactive, solution-oriented support - especially on technical issues - UKG can further elevate an already solid customer experience. Product: A huge wish company's I've worked for have consistently stated is that we wish UKG Recruiting and Onboarding were more configurable for what and how that said company uses it. If UKG can grab a handful of clients and test updates out with us to make it more configurable - that would be outstanding.
Customization of the system is limited. I don't have the ability to customize a whole bunch of pages that we would like to customize.
Occasionally we find something that for us would make sense to have updated or changed, and the process to do so is to post your idea on a community board, then if it gets enough votes, they will consider it. Although we do not have many improvement suggestions, waiting for other people to like your idea sometimes takes a while. Overall, there are not many issues, not much to complain about.

Implementation of ECM, EFM and HRSD was not only a quick process, but in the end, has saved us a considerable amount of money while improving and automating processes. The overall product allows for amazing reporting and the necessary customization to handle complex organizations. UKG's integrated systems allow for a centralized data hub throughout the employee lifecycle.
