We love how customizable the fully integrated tool is for our organization and the investment that UKG makes in both supporting its customers with resources and innovating for the future. We are confident that UKG will be the partner we need well into the future.
I like the timekeeping side of the product. We have streamlined payroll a lot with this process. Some reports and workflows have also made the timing of payroll smoother
The product is great- it works well for our needs. The people and support are even better. I can tell that the customer service team members have at least 7 years of UKG experience because they are very knowledgeable and resolve my issues on the first try, and quickly.
As UKG has grown, response times to support cases are now longer than when we first began using the product - UKG is aware of the issue and does not shy away from acknowledging it and the resources in Community are robust to compensate. The exceptional customization of the product is a double-edged sword - it's great for our business, but a long learning curve for new system admins and available learning support tools can sometimes be too generic.
Not having a single point of contact when calling in for issues. Also, not having an onsite person during implementation.
I like that it feels like there are 7 different ways to do something.....but there are also 7 different ways to do something! Once we went live, no one needed training because the system is so intuitive. But if I send out a companywide communication stating, 'To elect electronic W2's, please follow these instructions and provide specific instructions, employees will always say they found a different way to do things and did not follow directions. It's a blessing and a curse.

Specialist Support Felt Rushed and Remote Work Led to Implementation Interruptions
Go live was simple and we had little to no issues. While we were told that it could do everything we asked for it came very close, but didn't deliver on 100% of what our sales rep sold us on.
