We are generally satisfied with the collaboration and appreciate the efforts of the current Customer Manager responsible for our account, Their approach in resolving misunderstandings and assisting with carrier-related issues was very helpful. They demonstrate commitment by working diligently to provide customized solutions that improve our tracking visibility. While we acknowledge there are still some challenges in this collaboration, such as occasional gaps in knowladge from support team, implementation assistance or delays in resolving certain issues, we value the way P44 assists with escalation internally and strive to improve with each new ticket. Great visibility within the tool when connected to a computer or tablet. The downfall is not being able to use an app for phone usage/monitoring when you are away from the computer. In addition, we've had a challenge with invoices lately but Overhaul team is willing to work with us while we work internally to address and secure a long-term solution.
