The deployment team and the engineer we had ere very good, communicated well and timely, and the engineer knew how to fix certain pain points, which were mainly just customization options that we were choosing to enforce outside the regular deployment plan the provided to us. Once it was up and running, like any other AI tool, it takes time to learn your environment and then fine tune its detections. We have a team of people from Darktrace that are helping us with training, issues and questions and so far they have been able to resolve everything. Our users haven't complained about the new service and it's now protecting the company more with the identity module and the dmarc module as well which all tie in together to fully protect the company.
