Smartsheet is easily one of my favorite platforms. It has so much flexibility - there are a LOT of different things you can do with Smartsheet, and absolutely everything can be customized to fit your needs. The Smartsheet Community makes Smartsheet stand out from its competitors - a phenomenal community that has amazing resources and helps each other to learn and grow. The only reason the review lost a star is the obvious change in executive focus - where the main focus used to be customer experience (and you could FEEL it), the shift is to make as much money as possible and push AI. It's changed customer service, and not for the better.

ClickUp has honestly become one of my favorite tools to work with day to day. The ability to customize views, set priorities, and track tasks across multiple projects all in one place has made my workflow so much smoother. As someone who juggles several work streams at once, being able to see everything laid out clearly, whether in list, board, or calendar view, is a game-changer. The commenting and tagging features also make cross-team communication way easier without having to jump between platforms. 10/10 would recommend this to any team that wants to stay organized without losing their minds! 😄

Four years of experience has stamped trello as the definition of excellence in team collaboration and project management. It has significantly improved how our teams coordinate production activities, assign responsibility and track progress across multiple manufacturing operation stages. By centralizing production project information in one accessible platform, Trello ensures that every team member has realtime visibility into task and project updates. This transparency had strengthened our cross -departmental coordination and reduced delays caused by miscommunication. As a result, our teams operate with greater efficiency, maintain accountability and stay aligned on priorities. Most importantly the structures workflow visibility provided by Trello help us keep production projects on schedules and consistently meet our manufacturing timelines.

Wrike has proven to be a very flexible project management tool to support complex and niche scenarios, it's very easy for end-users to adopt and the ability to create a plan and then see that plan executed live in real-time by the team's is powerful and quite unique to Wrike; I've not really seen it achieved anywhere near as easily in other products. It works best when you empower teams to adopt and use it first and then standardise their ways of working overtime, but this does mean that for a larger implementation like ours you will want to carefully plan how you'll govern and administrate the platform so that things like custom fields don't become a mess. It's good for you if you want that combination of collaborative workforce management and project planning, I wouldn't recommend anything else. It's also good if you will need a lot of customisability. If you just want a project management tool alone though then it's neither better or worse than competitor products.

Robust platform with many use cases, responsive to user inquiries and support needs, great resources to help with learning new workflows or scaling, integrates easily with other workflows and services, decent AI assistant and capabilities. Trigger actions are great, and I love the surveys and interfaces. Additional display options would be nice, like greater flexibility in building schedules in a view rather than creating an interface.

My overall experience with Jira has been very positive. I work in an aerospace scale up, where engineering, operations, finance and quality teams need to work closely together. Jira helps us create a shared space where everyone can see tasks and priorities, and their progress. Before structuring our workflows with Jira, collaborations with teams were not always aligned. Information was spread across emails and meetings, and it was not always clear who was responsible for what. With Jira, we improved transparency, ownership and coordination across all the departments. It became easier to manage dependencies and avoid misunderstandings.
