The overall experience of using Smartsheet has been empowering. It strikes a perfect balance between structure and flexibility, giving me just enough guidance to keep projects organized without ever feeling boxed in. I found the interface to be intuitive and easy for new collaborators to jump in, but also robust enough to handle complex projects and workflows. I particularly like the way that it’s centralizes communications documents and task tracking into one space, which cuts down on scattered emails and version chaos. It helps to not just manage projects but actively enhance collaboration, accountability, and efficiency. Read all insights and reviews for Smartsheet

Trello has been an incredibly user-friendly and flexible tool for managing projects, daily tasks, and training delivery. Its visual board and card system makes it easy to track progress, assign responsibilities, and keep everyone aligned without overcomplicating workflows. **Update Nov 2025: Wrike has shown such growth from when I first started using it 2 years ago. There have been leaps and bounds made to bring in new AI features, more community support, more frequent updates, and more! My experience with Wrike has been nothing but positive since learning it about a year and a half ago. It's one of those products where you learn a little more each day as you delve into projects and tasks. I had never used it prior to my current role and I was pretty quick to adapt to it. We scaled Wrike to our global Marketing team, comprised of internal and external collaborators. It's been a little tricky to get everyone to use it the same way, but we've recently set up our tasks and projects to be shared cross-functionally to allow for multiple users on different teams to collaborate on various marketing efforts. We also work closely with our CSM in monthly meetings and bimonthly presentations with key users from each team to share knowledge, inspire everyone, and allow for a space to ask questions.Read all insights and reviews for Wrike

Robust platform with many use cases, responsive to user inquiries and support needs, great resources to help with learning new workflows or scaling, integrates easily with other workflows and services, decent AI assistant and capabilities. Trigger actions are great, and I love the surveys and interfaces. Additional display options would be nice, like greater flexibility in building schedules in a view rather than creating an interface. There are a lot of features, but I have found myself using Clickup for collaboration, document sharing, and reporting. It really helps you coordinate a lot of moving pieces. I use Jira almost daily as a contributor for my team. The tool is good at allowing me to track my tasks, when they are due, and where they sit in the sprint, which saves me time trying to find all of the items in my queue. It provides a central space where all tasks across all teams are kept, which makes it easy for everyone to see where the project is at. Overall, my experience with Jira has been positive and we've used it for many years now. Read all insights and reviews for Jira

The migration from our old project management system tricky was more intensive than expected. Overall it's a good product, there's just a few nuances that are requiring us to get additional developer help, because the "out-of-the-box" functionality wasn't enough to get to our desired end state. But, with training, both administrators and end-users are using the platform accordingly.Read all insights and reviews for Workfront
